Bullpen Sports Services provides items on a consignment
basis, and your organization is only charged a fee for those
items that sell. Any item that doesn't sell is returned to
Bullpen Sports Services at no charge. Every dollar earned
over the consignment fee goes directly to your organization.
That means the money that can be raised at your event is
truly limitless. There is absolutely no cost and no risk to
your charitable organization.
What Will Bullpen Sports Services Provide At Our Event?
• High quality sports and entertainment memorabilia guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
• Certificates of authenticity for all auction items from the most recognized and trusted authentication companies in the industry.
• Everything needed for a professional display of your items including, tabletop and floor easels, freestanding metal grids, mannequins, and display cases.
• Fully customized bid sheets with pens.
• Friendly and courteous staff onsite to set up the auction, answer questions for your guests, and assist in the packing, pickup, and checkout process at the conclusion of your event.
• After the auction, we will provide you with a list of all the items that have sold, how much the sold for, a line item profit statement, and invoice.
• If you don't have the ability to process credit cards, we also offer our own optional mobile payment processing service. Please note that there is a small service charge to use this service.
REMEMBER, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE for any items not sold during the auction.
